WE'VE MADE THE UNFORTUNATE DECISION TO REMOVE ALL SHIPPING OPTIONS TO ALL OF EUROPE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if simply change your mind, you are welcome to exchange your for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
Candle must be returned unopened and in exact condition when received.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
